Yes, we deliver! Currently we offer white glove delivery services throughout Greater Vancouver with a minimum charge of $25 for delivery and an additional $25 for setups. We will also accept payment on delivery with credit cards (card must be present to swipe on delivery or goods will not be released). Yes. We currently have a 3 day minimum rental period. However, we can decide to offer one day rentals for certain situations, such as party rentals. If you are interested in a 1 or 2 day rental, please reach out to Tj's The Kiddies Store at 1-800-755-4857 Ext. 2 for availability to see if we can accommodate your request.
Sometimes accidents happen. If you return your product broken, we will assess whether or not it can be repaired or requires replacement. You may be charged for up to the current retail price of the product depending on the age and condition of the rental.
Visit any of our locations, and our team will be happy to assist you with any installation process or usage guidance. They would also be able to setup a video call with you to walk you through the processes or assembly procedures. Please note that our delivery drivers aren't always gear experts, although they would be happy to assist, you may have more success calling in.
We care about your health and the health of your baby. Please understand that some items cannot be returned under any circumstance due to the nature of their use. Since we cannot guarantee the use of a product once it leaves the store, we cannot accept items that require a trust of quality between retailer and customer. This is the only way that we can maintain the integrity of our service and ensure that no previously used items (that fall into this category) find their way into the hands of another consumer.
